What we do
We support owners, developers, design consultants, project management consultants, general contractors and sub-contractors with BIM planning, coordination and information management across the project lifecycle.
Two audiences
BIM Implementation Plans, BIM Execution Plans, Employer's Information Requirements and Asset Information Requirements. Design support from 100% schematic design to 100% construction documents across architecture, interiors, landscape, façade, MEPF and civil and structural. Design coordination with BIM development up to LOD 300 for bid set preparation.

We run BIM compliance audits against asset information requirements, prepare LOD 500 as-built models from scans and site data, develop asset information models, populate COBie data and integrate asset data into facility management models.
Common data environment and reporting
We manage the common data environment, prepare BIM audits with resolution assistance, develop 4D and 5D BIM with periodic reporting, and produce monthly reports and dashboards that measure BIM implementation.
