A virtual studio is a fixed monthly retainer for a selected team of professionals, a dedicated workforce that acts as a virtual extension of your in-house team. It gives you dedicated staff for overflow at a flat monthly cost, so you can handle far more work than your in-house capacity allows, and build capacity up or down as projects change without hiring or firing. There is no limit on the number of projects assigned to the studio as long as the work fits within the allotted hours per person per week. Task allocation is managed and audited through weekly timesheets.
Fixed Fee or Lump Sum
Deliverable-based, fixed-fee projects customized to your requirements, scope and timeline. The project cost is contractually fixed before work starts, based on agreed scope and delivery schedule, and delivery is milestone-based, aligned with design stages.
